She was predeceased by: her husband John Worrell, Sr.; and her parents, Robert Phillips and Gloria Phillips. She is survived by: her brothers, Robert Phillips and Richard Phillips; and her stepchildren, Tommy, Robin Worrell, Teresa Worrell, Mike, Wanda Daniels, Norma Valenzuela, Tracy, Virginia Reagin and Brian Reagin. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
