He is survived by: his wife Laura Stephens; his children, Tina Litz (Derrek) of Monticello, Lori Smith (Dwayne) of Social Circle and Doug Stephens of Savannah; his grandchildren, Allison Litz, Megan Litz, Lauren Smith and Jackson Smith; his brother Lynn Stephens (Sylvia); his aunt Pete Belk; and his uncle Lenora Belk. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
