He is survived by: his mother Sandra Outlaw; his wife Michelle Outlaw; his children, Robert James Outlaw (Tara) and Rachael Nicole Outlaw (Brett); his grandchildren, Brooke Outlaw and Lyla Presnell; and his brothers, Richard, Eric and Kevin Outlaw. He is also survived by his four nieces and two nephews.
