He was predeceased by: his sisters, Ada Mae Lewis, Joyce Daniels and Jeanette Goodin. He is survived by: his children, Robin Waters (Ricky) of Smithville, Detria Carter (Kelvin) of Atlanta, Sharon Robinson (Alan) of Atlanta Georgia, Morris Tony Byse of Atlanta and Eddie Tyrone Byse of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Brandon Lewis, Bianca Waters, Tamara Waters, Ariel Lewis and Serenity Waters; his siblings, Linda Thomas (Charlie), Randy Lewis, Ernestine Staley (George), Cilia Wilson and James Haynes (Verna); and his friend Lois Byse. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
