He was predeceased by: his parents, Winona Brooks (Early) and Ed Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie (McClendon); his children, Alex and Jessica; and his sister Ann Sleep (Brooks) of Tallahassee. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
