He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph Swinger, Constance Swinger, Dr. Hershel Swinger, Marcel Swinger, Stanley Swinger and Wilber Swinger.

He is survived by: his children, Lori Jacobs (Eric) of Marietta and Fred Anthony Swinger of Garland, TX; his grandchild Shannon Jacobs; and his sister Amanda Swinger.
