It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Cecil Pickens (Smyrna, Georgia), who passed away on December 13, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Merlene. He is survived by: his son James D. Pickens (Susan); his sisters, Ann Causey and Marie Stephens; his grandson Jason Pickens (Patti); and his pets, Earl and Daisy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
