She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Roger Smith; her grandson Joshua Smith; and her son-in-law Ed Cummings. She is survived by : her children, Barry Smith (Janice), Tommy Smith (Tina) and Cathy Cummings. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carmichael Funeral Home - Smyrna (2950 King St SE, Smyrna, GA 30080). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
