With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mother Dorothy B. Woodburn of Smyrna, Georgia, who passed away on April 5, 2024 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Dorothy B. Woodburn Dorothy Belle and Robert W. Woodburn. She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Woodburn of Smyrna, Georgia., Zadek Woodburn (Betty) of Morven and Jarvis T. Woodburn (Christine) of Wadesboro; and her sister Mattie R. Harper of Brooklyn. She is also survived by Six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Smith's Funeral Home (604 Salisbury St, Wadesboro, NC 28170). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the West Deep Creek Missionary Baptist Church (4557 Deep Creek Rd, Wadesboro, NC 28170).
