He is survived by: his wife Angela Vandeford; his parents, Gary Hewitt and Mary Hewitt; his brother Craig Hewitt; his mother-in-law Barbara Beatty; his siblings-in-law, Amber Beatty, April Beatty, Allison Blevins, Ben Beatty and Bobby Beatty; his aunt Sandra Crunkleton; his uncles, Sam Crunkleton and Jerry Czar; his cousins, Eugene Crunkleton, Gregory Crunkleton, Kenneth Czar, Kevin Czar, Kristin Davis and Rhonda Slaton; and his pet Jones.
