He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Crook and Mary Crook (Allen); and his sister Jennie Crook Lopez (Richard). He is survived by: his wife Donna Crook of Snellville; his daughters, Marybeth Tozer (Marc) and Emmy Crook; his stepchildren, Mike Bartlett (McKenzie) of Georgia and Amanda Azriel of Georgia; his grandchildren, Ryan Tozer (Shelby) of Florida, Elliot Bartlett of Georgia and Alex Azriel of Georgia; and his great grandchildren, Nora and Atlas Tozer of Florida.
