He is survived by : his son Logan Rutledge; his parents, Theodore Rutledge and Daisy Rutledge (Robert Moffa); his siblings, Mark Rutledge (Theresa Rutledge) and Beverly Casper (Steve Casper); his aunts, Katherine Lambert, Lilly Bailey and Joyce Snodgrass; his niece Tessa Turner (Justin Turner); and his great-nephew Jackson Turner.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel, Snellville, Georgia (3705 US-78, Snellville, GA 30039). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
