She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Lawrence Phillips, Sr.; and her parents, Henry David and Mary Brown Barrett. She is survived by: her children, Lawrence (Becky Phillips), Annette (Jimmy Rogers), Barry Phillips of Ormond Beach, FL and David (Mary Phillips); her siblings, Lucille Holland of Conyers, GA and Ralph; her sister-in-law Allene Barrett of Bostwick, GA; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Mark Sousa, Chris, Melissa Phillips, Stephanie, Justin Welch, Alicia, Craig Colby, Joshua, Elizabeth Rogers and Johanna Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Brandon, Christian, Mackenzie, Alexander, Jackson, Alexis, Parker, Connor, Noah, Macy, Lillie Mae and Lucy.
