It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Anne Ballard McPeak of Social Circle, Georgia, who passed away on May 25, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, T. A. Smith, Sr. and Nina Murchison Smith; her husbands, Donald Hobart Ballard and Luther Donald McPeak; and her brother Murk Smith.

She is survived by : her son Randy; her daughter-in-law Amy Ballard; her daughters, Kellie (Tony Bartlett) and Melanie (Rob Morris); and her brothers, Ted (Barbara Jean Smith) and Milton (Belinda Smith). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
