He was predeceased by: his wife Sue H. Williams; and his son Philip Lee Williams. He is survived by: his son Randy Williams of Blue Ridge; his daughter-in-law Beverly Williams of Blue Ridge; and his siblings, Dianna Preston of Flowery Branch, Irby Williams of Social Circle and Bobby Daws of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
