He was predeceased by: his parent N. G. Reeves; and his sibling Will Reeves. He is survived by: his wife Jan Rice Reeves; his parent Helena Reeves of Soperton; and his son John Michael Reeves of Alexandria. He is also survived by two nieces, three nephews and several cousins.
