We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2019, at the age of 94, Perry Blount Jr. (Soperton, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joe Blount, Edca Blount, Viana West, Virginia Glisson and Linda Lovett.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline Phillips; his son Phillip Blount; his siblings, James Blount of Waynesboro, GA and Jane Murphy of Brenham, TX; his granddaughter Lauren Belcher (Wesley); and his great grandchildren, Abigayle Mae Belcher and Pearson Phillip Belcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

If so desired, floral tributes are accepted or memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
