It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tyrone Russell Phillips (Soperton, Georgia), born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on March 10, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Taylor of Macclenny, FL, Sherry Syme (Donald), Beverly Phillips and Mike Phillips (Tania); his sister Sonya Kay Phillips; and his grandchildren, Owen Taylor Phillips, Michael P. Phillips and Mia Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
