It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Blackburn of Sparks, Georgia, born in Colquitt, Georgia, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Hoyt Lee Blackburn and Ethell Henderson Blackburn; his son Charles Edward Blackburn; and his brother Earnest Lee Blackburn. He is survived by : his sisters, Maxine Dell of Moultrie and Linda Ricks of Moultrie; and his grandchildren, Haylee Cheyanne Ezell, Savannah Kayola Ezell, Ethan Chase Pruitt and Luke Araujo.
