She was predeceased by: her former husband Lloyd Arnsdorff; her parents, Rabun Cook Dasher and Lou Evelyn Zittrouer Dasher; and her brother Mitchell Dasher. She is survived by: her husband James Francis Palmer, III; her daughters, Tonya Ward (Chance) and Jincy Hinely (Jason); and her grandchildren, Kiley Brooks (Jared), Sarah-Lyn Saxon (Ashton), Jace Hinely, Brennan Ward and Jett Hinely. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the unforeseen circumstances of several members of the immediate family testing positive for COVID-19, the family has made the difficult decision to change the previously published funeral arrangements.
