It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Kitchens of Stapleton, Georgia, born in Gibson, Georgia, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Blanche Usry Kitchens and Bill Kitchens. He is survived by : his wife Katherine Joan Kitchens; his children, Billie Ann Stewart (Charles), Danny Kitchens (Donna) and Stephanie Frost (Rodney); his siblings, Evelyn Sellers (Milton) and Larry Kitchens (Patricia); his grandchildren, Troy Stewart, Hope Chalker (Keven), Chad Stewart (Carmen), Stephen Kitchens (Kristin), Samantha Howard (Tony) and Faith Frost; his great grandchildren, Bryar Stewart, Branson Stewart, Ansley Chalker, Landen Chalker, Callie Ann Stewart, William Kitchens, Katherine Kitchens, Henry Kitchens and Gabby Howard; and his grandsons, Shawn Kitchens, Layne Frost and Keven Chalker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.

Because of the family's respect and concern for public health and safety during this COVID-19 pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed. The wearing of face masks is strongly encouraged during any gathering.
