He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul McNair and Dorothy Peebles McNair. He is survived by : his wife Teresa Whitaker McNair; his children, Treva Haile (Timmy), Robert David McNair, II (Kelli) and Emory Hugh McNair, II; and his sister Jewell Duffie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
