She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, George Waters and Agnes Usher; her former life partner R. Thomas Hendrix; her husband Alphonso Parrish; her daughter Gail; her son-in-law Tom Crowley of Albany; her sons, Troy A. (Margaret Hendrix), Ricky (Monna Hendrix) and Ronny (Jackie Hendrix); and her stepson James (Melissa Parrish) of Bluffton, SC.. She was also cherished by grandchildren and eight (8) great-grandchildren.
