She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy Cowan; her parents, John R. "Buck" Daughtry and Ida Mae Roberts Daughtry; her former husbands, James B. Taylor and Charles Junior Finch; her brothers, Frank "Boggie" Daughtry and John Willie Daughtry; her sister-in-law Eloise Doyle Daughtry; and her sisters, Dot (Robert Zetterower), Ruby (Joe Barnes) and Grace (Ernest Beasley).
She is survived by: her children, Jerry (Janet Taylor), Don (Lisa Taylor), Ken (Carol Taylor), David (Theresa Finch) and Darlene; her son-in-law Craig Ellis; and her sister-in-law Ann Daughtry. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great -great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home and Crematory (502 Miller St Ext, Statesboro, GA 30458).
