He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth M. Pingley; and his daughter Tabatha Dawn Haynes. He is survived by: his children, John Edward Haynes III, Shaun Felton Haynes, Cody Jacob Haynes and Lindsay Michelle Haynes. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and niece.
