He is survived by : his parents, Anthony Dale Booth, Sr. and Janet Booth of Stockbridge; his sons, Jonathan Booth (Crystal) of Fayetteville and Anthony Turner (Alexis) of Stockbridge; his sister Tina Sanford of Stockbridge; his nieces and nephews, Crystal White and Chandler "TJ" Phillips; his brother Ricky Booth; his grandchildren, Ariel, Jacob, Peyton, Emaleigh, Hadley and Cashton; and also Jessie Booth of Stockbridge.
