She is survived by : her husband William Lee Howell; her children, Richard Howell, Susan Holmes (David) and James Howell; her siblings, Sharon Miller Swartz and Thomas Young (Beth); her grandchildren, Kristy Holmes and Brad Holmes (Bonnie); her great grandchildren, Kevin and Kristofer Adams; and her grandchildren, Lucas, Spencer and Declan Holmes.
