She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold DePriest and Opal DePriest; and her sister Phyllis DePriest. She is survived by : her husband Ray Brooks; and her sisters-in-law, Joanna Brooks Talley (Steve) and Carolyn Brooks Silva (Joseph). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
