He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Whidby and Daisy Martin Whidby; and his brother Thomas Eugene Whidby. He is survived by: his son Michael Whidby of Sugar Hill; his sister Judy Whidby Hall of Stone Mountain, GA; his sisters-in-law, Retha Wade (Tony) of Cumming, GA and Elaine Suggs; and his sibling's children, Jennifer Hall Green (Douglas) and Jason Hall.
