He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Kelsey. He is survived by: his wife Camille Kelsey of Suwanee, GA; his children, Keith Kelsey of Winchester, VA, Chris Kelsey of Newnan, GA and Kent; his daughter-in-law Lisa Kelsey of Buford, GA; and his daughter Corrine Thomas of Lake. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
