She was predeceased by: her parents, Hartley Taylor and Ethel Taylor (Rainwater); her spouse Clyde J. Karcher; and her brothers, Clarence Taylor and Leslie Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Church (Sam), Brenda Steinman (Sam) of Suwanee, GA and Karen McClain (Winston) of Cordova, TN; her grandchildren, Angela Many (Heath) of Bomet, Tonya Jones (Wallace) of Peachtree Corners, GA and Austin McClain (Naomi) of Roanoke, VA; her great grandchildren, Rees, Mary Taylor Many of Bomet, Kenya, Rylie, Lacie, Charlie Jones of Peachtree Corners, GA, Joseph, Noah, Abigail and Isaac McClain of Roanoke, VA; her sister Doris Higginson of McLeansboro, IL.; her sister-in-law Lena Taylor of Aden, IL; and also Peachtree Corners Baptist Church. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
