He is survived by: his wife Jill Tanner; his granddaughter Alexis Grupp; his sister-in-law Sharon Tanner; his brother Ted; his siblings-in-law, Linda Eley, Jack Newton and Tim Janosa; and his nieces, Stephanie Brown (Kevin), Susan Smith (Paul), Ashley Stirewalt (Matt), Paige Owens (Chad) and Kim Crowe (Bobby).
