He is survived by: his wife Martha Porter Goodson; his sons, Walter Eugene "Buster" Goodson of Smyrna, GA and Mark Goodson (Cindy) of Cleveland, TN; his stepchildren, Allen H. Porter (Sheila) of Jasper, GA and Lee Mauer Martin (Robbie) of Alabama; his grandchildren, Kayla Porter Green (Kevin), Amber Goodson, Paul Goodson (Amanda), Jonathan Goodson, Tyler Mauer and Zane Martin; and his niece Karen Trent. He is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
