We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2020, at the age of 48, Chris Hood of Swainsboro, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Wadell Hood and Barbara Stapleton Hood; and his grandparents, Clarence, Louise Stapleton, Joe and Marie Hood.

He is survived by : his siblings, Randy Hood (Brandi) of Swainsboro, Dean Hood (Nedra) of Swainsboro, William Hood (Anita) of Kite and Eloise Hodges of Swainsboro; and his nieces, Joeley Hood and Erin Hood. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Chapman Funeral Home 427 N. Main St. Swainsboro, Ga. 30401.
