She is survived by : her sibling Sis; her daughter JoAnn Booker of Swainsboro, GA; her stepchildren, Mary Jenkins of Lakeland, FL and Alphonso Heyward of Lyons, GA; her grandchildren, Dorcel Booker of Swainsboro, GA, Devera Booker of Augusta, GA, Dexter Booker of Swainsboro, GA and Donald "Deuce" Teagle of Augusta, GA; her great grandchildren, D'Asia Booker of Swainsboro, GA, De'Kiya Booker of Swainsboro, GA and Dekolby Booker of Swainsboro, GA; her sister Minnie Lee Thomas of Canoochee, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Corrine Hampton of Swainsboro, GA and Robert Warner of Swainsboro, GA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
