It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmo Hopkins (Swainsboro, Georgia), who passed away on April 5, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Atelia "Tillie" Hopkins; and his siblings, Barney Hopkins and Letha Belle Rewis. He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie E. Hopkins (Carmen) of Swainsboro, Kelvin Hopkins of Swainsboro and Donnie G. Hopkins (Maria) of Sebring, Flordia; his grandchildren, Chris Hopkins (Marilynn), Beth Wiggins (Tadd), Sheyna Faulkner (Josh), Jessica Hopkins, Erika Blackmon (Cody), Gennie Woodard (Steven), Maura Braddock (Tommy) and Margaret Anne Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Lawton Wiggins, Banks, Luke Hopkins, Kaitlann Faulkner, Carter Hayes, Kyler Blackmon, Hayden, Ranford Case Rickey and Grace Lynn Braddock. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
