It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Tompkins (Swainsboro, Georgia), born in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandson Zackery Lively; and her brother Jeff Tompkins. She is survived by: her children, Billy Lively (Mandy) of Swainsboro, John Roy Lively (Kristie) of Stillmore, Jimmy Lively (Lisa) of Loganville, Tommy Lively of Clearwater, FL. and Kim Henry (Destry) of Dudley; her brother Billy Tompkins (Laura) of Sautee, GA.; her grandchildren, Victoria Lively, Charlie Henry, Briana Henry, Hunter Scarboro, Brooke Beckum, Jarett Henry, Maci Lively, Jakob Lively, Lenox Lively and Sydney Lively; and her great grandchildren, Presleigh Wasendorf, Makayla Savedge, Kadance Savedge, Cash Lively, Ollie Kate Scarboro and Rovie Jane Irby.
In lieu of flowers remembrances can be made to Chapman Funeral Home or Pruitt Health Hospice.
