He is survived by: his mother Margie D. Halligan of Swainsboro; his aunts, Glenda Avery of Swainsboro and Beulah Graham (Kent) of Adrian; and his uncle Travis Thigpen (Sharon) of Adrian. He is also survived by several cousins, other family members, and friends.
