She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Waters and Betty Bazemore Waters; her sister Fonda Elaine Waters (John Flannery Evans); her stepson Russell Evans; and her brothers-in-law, Frank Rutherford and Randall Bashlor.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Cook of Hixson, TN, Carrie and Cam Cannon of Los Angeles, CA; her sisters, Vonnie Rutherford of Statesboro and Maria Bashlor of Sylvania, GA; her siblings' children, Michelle Rahn White, Kenneth Rutherford and Ginger Rahn; her stepchildren, Chuck, Kay Evans of Guyton, Mickey of Sylvania, Debbie Evans of Sylvania, Ted of Sylvania and Lynn Evans of Sylvania; and her grandchildren, Ashleigh Cook, Allison Cook, Patrick Cannon and Alecia Cannon. She is also survived by her sisters, children, and grandchildren.
