He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Allen II and Alethia Blanchard of Sylvania, GA; his siblings, Kasey Williams (Bhavin) of Savannah, GA and Marcus Blanchard (Jasmine) of Sylvania; his siblings' children, Raani Panchal, Mahir Panchal and Rahul Panchal; his aunts and uncles, Susan Johnson (John) of Sylvania, Donna Lowery of Kentucky, Sylvia Sutton (Lee) of Kentucky, Wanda Castillo (Peter) of Kentucky, Teresa Landrum of Kentucky, Ricky Bragg of Sylvania and Randy McMillan of New Ellenton, SC; and his great-uncle Rick Blanchard (Becky) of Kentucky.
