She is survived by: her daughter Katrina Crooks of Jacksonville, FL; her siblings, Minnie Lee Nelson of Brunswick, GA, Clara Nell Jones of Hyattsville, MD and Irving Crooks of Brunswick, GA; and her grandchild Cameron Florentino of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
