He is survived by: his wife Fannie Kay Kirkland Friese of Sylvania; his son Jerry Glenn; his daughter-in-law Melissa Friese of Sylvania; his brothers, Virgil "Shorty" Friese, Jr. of Millen, GA, Ed Friese of Sylvania and Tom (Levada Friese); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Nicholson of Sylvania, Frances Friese of Jesup, GA and Shirley Friese of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by 6 Step-Grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews.
