He was predeceased by: his pet Katie. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kelley; his sons, David (Courtney Kelley) and Daniel (Alexa Kelley); his grandchild Avonlea Kelley; his pet Rebel; his father Daniel Rice; his siblings, Jane Smith (Tom), JoAnn Conner (Ricky), Linda Johnson, Joey Rice and Debby; and his brother-in-law Jarrod Friese. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
