He is survived by: his wife Karen Brinson Hughes of Sylvania; his children, Sarah (Steven Myers), Jennifer (Mark Weekley), Stephanie Brinson of Augusta, GA, Daniel Allen Hughes and Jerry (Brooke Oliver); his brother Alvin; and his sister-in-law Terry Hughes of Sylvania. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.
