With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kirk Gibson Scott of Sylvania, Georgia, who passed away on February 24, 2022 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Harold Thompson, James and Miriam Scott; and his great-grandparents, Carwee Thompson and Mary Morris of Nottingham, England..
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Scott and Lori Scott; his sister Jessica; his brother-in-law Daniel Hall; his nephews, John Daniel, Luke, Caleb and Eli; and his grandmother Nancy Thompson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Friendship Baptist Church, ℅ Steven Lee, PO Box 1932, Sylvania, GA 30467. Memorial contributions will be used to erect a monument for local fallen firefighters.
