With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Brown Holtzclaw of Sylvania, Georgia, who passed away on January 1, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert McKinley and Zelma Wiley Brown. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Holtzclaw; her children, Crystal H. Kirk of Moultrie, GA, Margaret Louise Lee of Prattville, AL and Karl E.; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Lynn J. Dietsch of Avera, GA; her siblings, Bernard Brown (Sandra), Margaret Kimbrell (Arnold), Eloise Collins and Linda Quick (Kenny); and her siblings-in-law, Lydia H. and Mike Smith of Gastonia, NC. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for memorial contributions to be made to the Green Hill Baptist Church, c/o Kay Crews, 226 Bovine Road, Sylvania, GA 30467.
