He is survived by: his parent Arhonda Kay Widener Mallard of Sylvania; his sons, Justin Mallard of Sylvania, Drake Mallard of Sylvania and Jordan Mallard of Sylvania; his father Greg Mallard; his siblings, Dana Marie Mallard of Rincon, Gregory Gary Mallard II of Sylvania, Brandon James of Sylvania and Lauren McDonald of Sylvania; and his siblings' children, Dominick McDonald, Evan McKinley, Elise McKinley, Katrina McDonald, Logan McDonald and Liam McDonald.
