He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Thomas and Elise Hodges Bashlor; and his brother Fred Thomas Bashlor, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Maria Waters Bashlor of Sylvania; his daughters, Michelle of Savannah, GA, Ernie White of Savannah, GA and Ginger Rahn of Savannah, GA; his sister Glenda; his brother-in-law Dickie Vinson of Savannah, GA; his brother Dewey; his sisters-in-law, Lisa Bashlor of Savannah, GA and Bonnie Mock Bashlor; his grandchildren, Joshua Rahn and Mackenzie White; and his great grandchildren, Marcie Rahn and Aubree Rahn. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
