He was predeceased by: his brother Robert (Bob). He is survived by: his wife Ann; his sons, Russell of Bremen, GA, Michael (Janet) of North Augusta, SC and Brett; his grandchildren, Hayleah Gottenbos (Koen) of Winston, GA and Nicholas of Bremen, GA; his great grandchild Addison of Winston, GA.; his brother Col. George Donald Waters; and his pet Pete. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to Covid-19, the family will hold a private funeral service at Screven County Memorial Cemetery.
