She was predeceased by: her parents, James Estill and Ruby Mae Brown Burke; her daughter-in-law Marie C. Waters; and her siblings, Lamar Burke, Margie Woodell, Sydney Jones, Allene Bell and Mary Elliott.
She is survived by: her sons, Troy B. (Peggy Waters), Christopher J. "Chris" (Kristal Waters) and W. Darrick Waters of Sylvania; her siblings-in-law, Sarah and Rupert Aaron; her grandchildren, Ansley Waters (Jacob Schweiger), Addyson Waters and Aidan Waters; her stepgrandchildren, Hannah Sammons (Brooks), Billy Lariscy, III (Hannah), Elizabeth Newsome, Amber Shaw and Paige Shaw; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Abigail Sammons, Billy Lariscy IV, Brooks Newsome, Layla Newsome, Briley Gacke and Bryatt Gacke; and her friend Minnie Lee Benton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
